Zechariah Barby is the 12 years old entrepreneur behind Chilli The Kid as featured on Channel 9 Extra click here for a link. When Zechariah was 8 years of age he wasn't given any pocket money. To help this Zechariah started his own business selling chilli plants door to door in his local area on the Gold Coast. Because most neighbours saw him as so cute they were very happy just to buy a plant and some even donated some coins to his cause, on his first day Zechariah made over $35.00 to the shock of his parents.

Now 4 years on his business has grown and matured to more than selling chilli plants. Chilli The Kid (thanks to the coaching and guidance from Hector Johnson of Group25) is now selling specialty chilli products all over Brisbane, Gold Coast, Victoria and has even sent products to the United States and Japan. Zechariah is looking to grow his business to an international name and expand world wide.
